How many courses can I buy at a time? Am I expected to pay for the whole course all at once?
No! The courses are broken down into Modules, which are further broken down into Themed units, then individual classes/ lessons. You are expected to buy only one Module at a time.
How long is the Conversational course?
If a student has a minimum of 2 classes per week, he will complete the entire course in less than 12 months. It all depends on how many classes the student schedules to have per week.
How long will it take to complete the Cambridge Young Learners course?
In order to be ready for the corresponding exams, Pre A1 starters requires about 100 hours of classes, A1 Movers requires about 175 hours of classes, and A2 Flyers requires about 250 hours of classes.
How many students can take the group class?
A minimum of 2 students and a maximum of 4 students.
Group classes cancellation policy
All the members in a group need to liase among themselves concerning their schedules. They need to be 100% in agreement concerning cancellation and rescheduling of classes. It’s very important to choose the other members of the group wisely. If you need to cancel and reschedule a class, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Forgetting to do so may result in the lesson being marked as missed and missed classes cannot be rescheduled, which means payments for missed lessons are not reusable, refundable, or transferable.
No show/late cancellation policy
The class will start and end at the agreed time. Even if you are late, the class will still end at the stipulated time. This will help to avoid disrupting the schedule of any students that may follow. One-on-One classes cancellation policy

When is payment of courses expected?
You are expected to pay for the course at least a week before classes begin. Classes will only commence 1 week after payment has been confirmed. After payment has been made, please send proof of payment to info@cambridgecarol.com
Can I Take More than One Course at a Time?
Yes, students can register for the conversational course and the Cambridge young learners assessment preparation course, at the same time.
What is the method of payment?
The method of payment is through Paypal, which you can download on paypal.com
Can courses be refunded after payment is processed?
No! Courses are not refundable. This is due to the fact that you are not expected to buy the entire course all at once. You have the option to pay for 1 module at a time.
How do we schedule our classes?

How are classes delivered?
Classes are delivered via a video conferencing platform called Ding Talk or via Zoom, both of which you can download for free.
Can my child have a Demo class first, before we register for any classes?
Yes of course! Please contact me via the contact me page, mentioning your interest in a Demo lesson.
